Congratulations to Nick Finlay our June Member of the Month.
Nick has been a member of Key to Life for 11 amazing years and it demonstrates his ongoing commitment to staying strong and active during his time with us. Nick has been sticking with a single PT session per week with his trainer Rohan and has been working on increased strength and better movement through weighted exercises and some boxing thrown in there as well.
Nicks job is demanding so he needs to stay on top of his health and fitness. Nick brings a can-do attitude to every one of his PT sessions and always looks at improving and getting the most out of every session.

1. What motivated you to start your health and fitness journey with Key to Life?
It was a while ago, but it was to regain some level of fitness back when I was in my younger days.

I find that it helps me move more easily in day to day life and at work. I also find it helps with my arthritic joints and allows me to more better.
3. What is your favourite Key to Life Training session or favourite exercise and why?
Favourite session is my P.T. Session, favourite exercise is dumbbell press. I don't like the pullups but they are challenging for me so it can't be bad and my trainer Rohan loves giving to me at every session.

Unfortunately don’t use any recipes. I do however look at healthy options when Im at work and at home.
5. What is your biggest accomplishment you have achieved during your time with us at Key to Life?
I think it would be turning up weekly to my 8pm PT session for the past eleven years. I think thats a pretty amazing accomplishment for me.
6. What advice would you give somebody just starting at Key to Life?
My advice would be to stick at it even when you don’t want to because you always feel better after the session is done.
