Conducted by our accredited and experienced trainers, our classes are grounded in functional training principles, ensuring each session is both effective and safe.


Class Variety and Personal Attention


At Key to Life, we offer a diverse range of group fitness classes including Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts, Pilates, yoga, seniors fitness, and more, all held in our private studio. With a maximum of 8 participants per class, we guarantee personal attention, allowing our trainers to modify exercises to suit each participant's fitness level and experience. This intimate setting ensures that you receive the maximum benefit from your workouts, fostering a sense of community and support among participants.

Our trainers are not only accredited but also bring a wealth of experience to each class. Class sizes are limited and attendance is by booking only.


  • Studio Body Blitz, Box Blast and Seniors Fitness (Easy Movement) classes run for approximately 45 minutes each
  • Pilates classes run for approximately 60 minutes each
  • Yoga classes on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning run for approximately 60 minutes/ Thursday morning Yoga classes run for approximately 45 minutes each
  • We charge no joining fees and your first class is free 
  • We will contact you as soon as possible following the submission of your trial booking form to confirm your class

The workouts you will experience with Key To Life embrace the principles of Functional Fitness.
