At the start of the program you will receive a copy of our Body Transformation Formula and HealthyME Recipes.


This dietitian endorsed program provides you with everything you need to know about healthy eating and losing weight.


Our program focuses on healthy eating and regular exercise rather than counting calories.  We know that with good nutrition you will have the energy you need to enjoy your everyday life and be active. 


When combined with our KTL workouts you will be burning fat, building lean muscle and transforming your body!


2. Pre/ Post Body Scans

There is so much more to being healthy and losing weight than the numbers on your bathroom scales.


Using our body composition scanner we are able to look at a range of measures such as your lean muscle mass and body fat percentage to help you set your health and fitness goals and track your real progress over time.


3. Workout Sessions

Believe it or not we make exercising fun!


Whether this is your first time working out or you're a seasoned fitness fanatic, we make sure that no matter what your abiltiy or skill set we are here to support you through each and every workout.
