Key to Life Health and Fitness offers mat Pilates classes tailored to suit all fitness levels and abilities.


Conducted by accredited and experienced trainers in our private Lower Plenty studio, our Pilates classes will enhance your core stability, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Exercises are adapted to meet individual needs, and you will see improvement in both strength and mobility  as you progress. Pilates is renowned for its focus on postural alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core, which are integral aspects of our training methodology.


With a maximum of 8 participants per class, we guarantee a supportive and intimate environment where you can focus on your personal fitness goals. Our classes are ideal for everyone, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, as our trainers provide modifications to match each participant's fitness level.

Pilates classes are held each Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm and Saturday mornings at 9.30am and 10.30am.
