Key to Life Health and Fitness


Since 2009, Key to Life Health and Fitness has been a leading provider of personal training, studio and outdoor group fitness classes, seniors fitness classes, Pilates, yoga, weight loss programs, and body composition scanning for the local communities in Eltham, Lower Plenty, and surrounding areas.

Personal Training

  • Available for all fitness levels
  • Individual or with-friends option
  • Conducted by accredited, experienced trainers in our private studio


Studio Group Fitness Classes

  • Max 8 participants per class for personalized attention
  • Full body - functional training workouts

6.00am - Monday to Friday

10.00am - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

1.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday


Seniors Fitness Classes

  • Tailored exercises for seniors

2.00pm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday


Pilates and Yoga

  • Pilates:

6.30pm - Monday

10.30am - Saturday

  • Yoga:

9.30am - Sunday

5.30pm - Wednesday

10.00am - Thursday


Outdoor Group Fitness Classes

  • Held at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill
  • Includes Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts

6.00am - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

6.30pm - Monday & Wednesday

8.00am - Saturday
