Renee Daniele: October 26 - Member of the Month

Congratulations to Renee Daniele our October Member of the Month.
Renee has been a KTL member for over seven months, and in that time she has built consistency with her classes and built some serious muscles as well :) She is a regular at the Monday and Wednesday 10am Body Blitz Classes and has been working hard on building muscle while losing body fat to help her feel better and move better.
Renee has increased her weights on most exercises during her time with us which is an incredible achievement that reflects her dedication to becoming stronger, fitter and healthier every week. Her commitment, attitude and consistency have driven remarkable progress and she is well on her way to improve on these results heading towards the end of the year.
Renee, congratulations on being our October Member of the Month! You are an absolute pleasure to train and we love that you always give 110%.
Over to you Renee:
1. What motivated you to start your health and fitness journey with Key to Life?
After years of not training with weights i was looking to get back into it to help build up my strength again.
I have just entered my 40's and I know that muscle and metabolism can start to decline so i wanted to make sure I was on the right track with building lean muscle.
2. What is it that keeps you attending your Key To Life session or sessions on a regular basis?
The days and times of the classes work perfectly for my current schedule. My trainer Rohan is also great at continuing to push and motivate me at every class.
Attending the 10am classes, I train with others who are 20 to 30 years older than me which is a great motivation to strive and be as strong and active as they are.
3. What is your favourite Key to Life Training session or favourite exercise and why?
I attend the 10am body blitz classes which have a great vibe. My favorite exercise is probably a squat or lying bench chest press as I've been able to see a real increase in weights i am using compared to when I started.
4. If you use any Key To Life recipes, what is your favourite?
I am yet to try any of the recipes but Im currently undertaking the Healthy Me Program which has helped me control my food and I have had some great results so far.
5. What is your biggest accomplishment you have achieved during your time with us at Key to Life?
I've been able to see an increase in the weights I am exercising with over my time which has been encouraging, especially after many years of not doing them.
Overall feeling stronger and fitter which has also helped with my lower back issues and running after my 4 year old son.
I am also doing the 12 week Healthy Me Challenge and as mentioned I have achieved some great results with my week 5 body scan. In particular I've been able to build a good percentage of lean muscle while losing body fat which is fantastic.
6. What advice would you give somebody just starting at Key to Life?
Find the class that suits you and stay consistent. The trainers are great and down to earth and will support and motivate you along your journey.
