Run either the 4.6km or 14.5km events with the KTL Running Crew.
Whether you are starting at zero or are an experience runner our dedicated RunFit training on Saturday mornings will help you to achieve your goals.
An ideal event as a stepping stone for the Melbourne Marathon Festival in October!
As part of our Winter Warrior challenge we held our annual Key To Life Obstacle Course at Sherborne Primary School on Saturday 27 August 22.
An incredible day for all and congratulations to Julieanne Matheson on being our 2022 Ultimate Winter Warrior and to Jess Carter on her well deserved runner's up award.


I want to say a big thank you.
I was very anxious when I first started training at KTL, not sure if I could do, would I be training with people a lot younger than me, will I feel horrible afterwards and be too sore to be able to do anything.
I am really enjoying my sessions, the challenge has been great and noticing the benefits, feel great both mind and body, lost body fat and look forward to sessions instead of thinking "do I want to do this".
I am leave next week and already thinking ahead of how I will manage to continue the healthy eating and very conscious of not undoing all the achievements of the last 7 weeks.

I would have to say the winter warrior challenge has ignited my competitive spirit again, which has been lacking in the last few years due to injury.
The comradery between all the KTL members and the fun activities/challenges along the way has been extremely motivating.
The healthy food plan has kept me on track, I’ve lost weight, toned up, gained strength and feel energised throughout the day!
Feeling strong and healthy, while having a laugh, keeping motivated, and being challenged is what it’s all about.

I have loved being involved in the whole experienced and the overall challenge to improve my eating habits.
I have always found it hard to keep a constant weight over the winter period, in the past, but can say that this year I have been successful to not put on weight during this winter period.

Key to Life has made looking after yourself enjoyable and rewarding.
The Trainers not only test you but guide you and most of all understand you with their professional and friendly caring way.
Whether your job is stressful and demanding they certainly ensure that Training is rewarding.
As you can see from the photos Work life can be a challenge however Training helps you stay focused and balanced.

I have been training with Key To Life for just over 1.5 years now and have seen so many improvements within myself.
