Offering yoga classes for the Eltham, Lower Plenty, Montmorency and surrounding areas our classes are conducted by accredited, experienced trainers with the practices incorporating:
- Breath Control (Pranayama): Integrating breath with movement to enhance overall mental and physical well-being.
- Posture (Asanas): Focused on improving flexibility, balance, and strength through various poses.
- Mindfulness and Meditation: Promoting mental clarity and relaxation through guided mindfulness practices.
- Personal Attention: Limited to a maximum of 8 participants, our classes ensure personalized attention and modifications tailored to individual needs.
Class Details
Our Yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to suit participants of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Led by accredited and experienced instructors these classes provide a welcoming space to explore yoga at your own pace. Sessions are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of eight participants, ensuring you receive personalized attention and guidance.

A little about Angela...
I was in my early fifties when I attended my first yoga class at my local women’s gym in Heidelberg, Melbourne. I immediately fell in love with the practice being able to connect with my body on an emotional,spiritual and physical level. I began to see the benefits in my own life and wanted to share these with others, especially during life transitions.
I completed my Women’s Centred 200hr Hatha YTT @ Eve Studio in May 2021 and began teaching online ( during Covid lockdowns) . I have been teaching regularly since then in the local community, whilst also co-hosting seasonal yoga workshops through out the year . I consider myself a student of yoga and its practices so I have completed further studies in yin yoga, yoga nidra and chair yoga at this stage.I have over 350+ hrs of yoga training and teaching to date. It is a wonderful ongoing journey.
I believe yoga offers something for everyone and we come to the practices at a time and place that is meant for us. I love to incorporate meditation, breathwork and yoga philosophy into my classes. My style of teaching is gentle, inclusive and responsive to the needs of the participant, whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced yogi.

A little about Karen...
Karen’s love of yoga began early – as a child crawling through her Mum’s legs as she tried (probably unsuccessfully) to find some Zen in downward facing dog.
A regular practitioner throughout her 20’s, the birth of two children brought a long hiatus. In more recent years, Karen has returned to the practice with gusto, trying different styles, teachers, and taking her own teaching journey at the Australian Yoga Academy.
Karen brings an inclusive, relaxed approach to teaching. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, her classes are typically a slow flow where you are always in the driver’s seat. You can expect to move through a mix of standing, balancing and floor postures that link breath to movement, as well as to share in some breath work and meditation.
Away from yoga, Karen can be found “training” her cheeky labrador and enjoying the outdoors.

Class sizes are limited and attendance is by booking only.
Sunday morning and Wednesday evening classes run for approximately 60 minutes
Thursday morning classes run for approximately 45 minutes
We charge no joining fees and your first class is free
We will contact you as soon as possible following the submission of your booking to confirm your classes

- $220.00 - 10 class pack (valid all studio classes)
