Key to Life Health and Fitness • August 1, 2026

Welcome to the Key to Life family, Renee Ayres!

We are excited to welcome Renee Ayres to the Key to Life family.

Renee is joining our team as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and will be leading the 6am Body Blitz class in the Key to Life studio, Lower Plenty.

Renee’s 6am classes are a full-body workout designed to have you starting your day with energy and fun.  Class sizes are limited to 8 participants to ensure you receive personal attention in a supportive small group environment.

Over to you Renee:

Hi, my name is Renee and I am your new 6am Body Blitz session Trainer at Key to Life!

I have always had an interest in fitness and good health, and the positive ways physical activity and healthy eating can impact a person's wellbeing and quality of life.

I love helping people to achieve their fitness goals, and though these classes I endeavour to do exactly that!

Nothing is more rewarding than the sweaty smiles from clients knowing they've had fun whilst moving their body and gotten the day off to a great start! In my classes, I hope to make training fun and accessible, something you look forward to each week, whilst working towards goals and improvement, so you can have the satisfaction of achieving your wellness goals, whilst having a great time!

About Me:

I gained my Personal Trainer's Qualification (Cert IV in Fitness) while studying for my Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise).  I am currently studying a Masters of Strength and Conditioning at La Trobe University; so you can rest assured I'll use the latest in training science to help you achieve your goals!

I am also a professional ballet dancer with the Victorian State Ballet, and I bring that knowledge and passion for movement to all my classes.

I look forward to training you at Key to Life Health and Fitness!

Happy Training

Renee
