Healthy Recipe: Green Spring Smoothie

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 Serve of Protein Powder
- 1 TBS Chia Seeds or Husk
- 1-2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 1-2 handfuls of ice to thicken
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and enjoy.
A great breakfast or even snack idea to add a little Spring to your Step and some additional greens to your day ;)
