Healthy Recipe: Green Spring Smoothie

Serves: 1


Ingredients:


  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 Serve of Protein Powder
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds or Husk
  • 1-2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 1-2 handfuls of ice to thicken


Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender.


Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and enjoy.


A great breakfast or even snack idea to add a little Spring to your Step and some additional greens to your day ;)
