Key to Life Health and Fitness


Since 2009, Key to Life Health and Fitness has been a leading provider of personal training, studio and outdoor group fitness classes, seniors fitness classes, Pilates, yoga, weight loss programs, and body composition scanning for the local communities in Eltham, Lower Plenty, and surrounding areas.


Services


Personal Training

  • Available for all fitness levels
  • Individual or with-friends option
  • Conducted by accredited, experienced trainers in our private studio


Studio Group Fitness Classes

  • Max 8 participants per class for personalized attention
  • Includes Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts
  • Weekdays at 6am, 7am, 10am, and 1pm


Seniors Fitness Classes

  • Tailored exercises for seniors
  • Weekdays at 2pm


Pilates and Yoga

  • Pilates: Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm, Saturday at 9:30am and 10:30am
  • Yoga: Saturday at 11:30am


Outdoor Group Fitness Classes

  • Held at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill
  • Includes Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts
  • Tuesday to Friday at 6am, Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm, and Saturday at 8:30am

Weight Loss Program (HealthyME)

  • Endorsed by accredited dieticians
  • App-assisted daily calorie tracking
  • Weekly feedback from a personal coach


Body Composition Scanning

  • Using X-scan plus 950
  • Available for individuals and groups

Julz has been a regular at the 6am Outdoor Body Blitz & Box Blast Sessions as well as the 6:30pm Monday night Box Blast. She has also attended numerous Run Events, Winter Challenges and Body Transformations over her 10 years as a Key to Life Member. Julz has been an absolute pleasure to train and always gets the most out of every session. With this attitude and her active approach to life is why she is our KTL Member of the Month for April. A huge congratulations to you Julz on both your 10 years of KTL Membership and on being this month's member of the month, you are amazing .
Malia Francis - Studio Group Fitness Classes

Malia has been a Key to Life member for six months and consistently completes three 6am Studio Group Fitness Classes each week - two box blast sessions and one body blitz session. Malia has shown great progress over her six months increasing her strength and endurance. One of the added benefits of her gradual progression and consistency over her time with Key to Life has been the resolution of a long-standing shoulder issue which had previously limited her training. Congratulations to Malia on her wonderful efforts and results.
