Since 2009, Key to Life Health and Fitness has been a leading provider of personal training, studio and outdoor group fitness classes, seniors fitness classes, Pilates, yoga, weight loss programs, and body composition scanning for the local communities in Eltham, Lower Plenty, and surrounding areas.
Services
Personal Training
- Available for all fitness levels
- Individual or with-friends option
- Conducted by accredited, experienced trainers in our private studio
Studio Group Fitness Classes
- Max 8 participants per class for personalized attention
- Includes Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts
- Weekdays at 6am, 7am, 10am, and 1pm
Seniors Fitness Classes
- Tailored exercises for seniors
- Weekdays at 2pm
Pilates and Yoga
- Pilates: Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm, Saturday at 9:30am and 10:30am
- Yoga: Saturday at 11:30am
Outdoor Group Fitness Classes
- Held at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill
- Includes Body Blitz and Box Blast workouts
- Tuesday to Friday at 6am, Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm, and Saturday at 8:30am
Additional Offerings
Weight Loss Program (HealthyME)
- Endorsed by accredited dieticians
- App-assisted daily calorie tracking
- Weekly feedback from a personal coach
Body Composition Scanning
- Using X-scan plus 950
- Available for individuals and groups

My advice to anyone starting at K2L would be to stay consistent and keep striving to better your fitness and strength which in turn will make you a happier healthier person.
Try different classes and sessions to find what you enjoy the most and go for it and have fun.
