Congratulations to our October Member of the Month Hasma Rasheed.
Hasma started training with Key To Life back in October 2020 and has now been with us for 3 awesome years.
Hasma has regularly attended 2-3 outdoor group fitness classes per week to improve her health and put on more lean muscle. She has more recently picked up a 1on1 Personal Training Session to work on these areas with strength focused workouts.

1. What motivated you to start your health and fitness journey with Key to Life?
I was motivated to start my health and fitness journey with Key to Life because I had reached a point in my life where I realized I needed to prioritize my well-being. I was tired of feeling tired and unhealthy, and I wanted to make a positive change. Key to Life's holistic approach to health and fitness, with its focus on both physical exercise and nutrition, appealed to me as a comprehensive solution.
2. What is it that keeps you attending your Key To Life sessions on a regular basis?
What keeps me attending my Key to Life sessions regularly is the incredible support system and sense of community I've found there. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and motivating. Additionally, the progress I've seen in my fitness levels and overall well-being keeps me coming back. It's become a habit that I look forward to every week.
3. What is your favourite Key to Life Training session and why?
My favorite Key to Life training session has to be the PT classes. I love the personalized attention and guidance I receive during these sessions. The one-on-one support from the trainers helps me set and achieve specific fitness goals, and it's incredibly motivating to see my progress tracked and celebrated. The PT classes make me feel like I have a dedicated partner in my fitness journey, and that's what keeps me coming back for more.
4. If you use any Key To Life recipes, what is your favourite?
I absolutely love the Key to Life go-to protein ball recipe. They are not only delicious but also incredibly convenient for post-workout recovery or as a snack.
5. What is your biggest accomplishment you have achieved during your time with us at Key to Life?
My biggest accomplishment with Key to Life has been achieving a healthier body composition and increased overall fitness. I've lost weight, gained muscle, and improved my endurance significantly. Beyond the physical changes, I've also developed a more positive mindset and better habits around nutrition and exercise.
6. What advice would you give somebody just starting at Key to Life?
My advice to someone just starting at Key to Life would be to embrace the journey and be patient with yourself. It's not about instant results but rather about making sustainable lifestyle changes. Trust the process, stay consistent, and don't be afraid to ask for help or lean on the Key to Life community for support. Most importantly, remember that every small step you take is a step toward a healthier and happier you.
