Outdoor Group Training sessions are 1 hour in duration and held at Sherbourne Primary School, Briar Hill (the school's indoor basketball court is used when required due to wet weather)
We charge no joining fees and your first training session is free

Body Blitz sessions are strength and HIIT based workouts that will shape & tone your whole body.
We combine body weight moves with a select range of equipment such as suspension trainers, kettlebells, battle ropes and slam balls to keep every session fresh and challenging.
Box Blast sessions are energetic and heart pumping boxing style workouts designed to target all the muscles in your body.
Using boxing combos, intervals and your own body weight you burn some unwanted calories and feel amazing with increased energy.
Run Fit sessions are focused on improving cardio fitness, strength and functional movement for both new and experienced runners.
